International Tilting Demonstration
After a 400-year gap, the ancient art of tilting at the ring was re-introduced to Scotland from Denmark at last year’s  Borders Festival of the Horse.  Since then the Scottish Borders Tilters Association has been set up, and two groups have been in training throughout the winter.  Now they are once again joined by Danish riders in a demonstration in the lovely grounds of the Haining House in the centre of Selkirk. Come along and see how it’s done, and find out how you too can take part in highly addictive equestrian sport.
6.30 pm.
Spectators free. Disabled access. Refreshments.
